Online Registration

Please read the following. These policies will need to be accepted in order to complete registration.

Tuition Policy

I understand that the tuition is the same every month, regardless of the number of classes conducted or attended. Tuition is based on a full season of dance (Sep-June), and is divided into 10 equal installments. Deductions are not made for studio or personal vacation days, illness, or closings due to inclement weather. Missed classes may be made up at a similar genre and level. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. Any tuition received after the 10th of the month, is subject to a $10 late fee. Students with past-due accounts may be required to bring their account status current, before participating in additional classes. All accounts must be 100% up to date, prior to Picture Day in May. Remaining charges for the month of June must be paid no later than the 1st of the month. Only those students whose accounts are paid in full, will be permitted to participate in Dress Rehearsal and the Recitals in June. I understand the tuition is the same every month, regardless of the number of classes conducted or attended. A late fee of $10 is applied to tuitions received after the 15th of the month.

Release of Liability

I release the officers, employees and agents of The Ballet Barre Performing Arts School from any and all liability or responsibility for injury or personal loss which might occur while participating at classes, rehearsals or workshops. I am aware of the risks of participation, which include, but are not limited to, the possibility of sprained muscles and ligaments, broken bones and tendonitis. I verify that I will be responsible for any medical costs I incur as a result of my participation.

Release of Photographs

I understand The Ballet Barre prints photographs of students for advertising purposes in brochures, social media, newsletters, newspapers and the internet. I release my image for filming and photography to The Ballet Barre.

COVID-19 Release

I understand that symptoms of COVID-19 include, but are not limited to, fever, fatigue, dry cough, and difficulty breathing. I will not send my child to class if they, or any member of our household have experienced the symptoms listed, in the last 14 days. I affirm that my child and all household members have not been diagnosed with, or knowingly been exposed to, anyone with COVID-19, in the last 30 days. I understand that The Ballet Barre LLC can not be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation or health history provided by the other students.
